Is Disfile free to use?
Yes — the free plan includes storage to get you started, and you can upgrade whenever you need more space or bigger files.
How big can my files be?
Your plan sets both the size of a single file and how much you can store in total. The free plan covers everyday documents and images; paid plans raise both limits.
Can I organize files into folders?
Yes. Files live in folders you create, and a folder can be shared as a link of its own — with an expiry or a password if you want one.
Does Disfile work with Discord?
Link your Discord account, then use /get to fetch a file by name and /list to browse your files without leaving the channel.
Are my files private?
Your files are not listed publicly or indexed by search engines. Each one is reachable only through the share link you choose to hand out, and you can protect that link with a password or an expiry date.
Can I set an expiry or a password on a share?
Yes. Any file or folder share can carry an expiry date so the link stops working after a point, and a password so only the people you give it to can open it.
Can I upload files with an API?
On plans that include API access, a typed REST API lets your own code upload files, create folders and manage shares with an API key.
